There Was Jesus

I love my music and there's nothing better than sitting with my earbuds in as I craft or blog!! Tonight as I sat listening, this song came on with 2 of my favs - Dolly Parton and Zach Williams and well, wow! The lyrics just spoke to me so much, reminding me of the past few months and how through everything, my faith has been one of the true blessings. If you've not listened to the song, go check it out!

It reminded me once again of the power of God's hand at work and how, when you need those reminders, He provides them. As we travel through life, we hit highs and lows and everything in between AND He walks every, single step with us. As it says in another song on the same album, "There you were, in the shadows Holdin' out Your hand. You met me there".

Whether you are having a positive day, or a tough day, today I challenge you to go listen to some music and as I've DARED before, I DARE you to find a song that can become your anthem for where you are at this time in your life. Then go play it loud and dance and sing along!

As for me, back to my crafting after this writing break and of course, singing along to some more great songs and whatever God thinks I need to hear!
