Stand Tall, Stand Proud

If you've read my book, you'll know that I love the sight of a palm tree against the amazing Florida blue sky!! There's something majestic about them, and then add in the contrast of the rich green palms against the blue, well no words could do it justice!

It's amazing how, in spite of all the storms we experience here in Florida, the palm trees remain standing tall and upright and taking all the weather has to throw at it. Oh what we can learn from these majestic plants!!

Standing tall and proud is not always easy to do and that negative voice inside of us often likes to steal away any positive messages we hear or may tell ourselves. And so today I DARE you to stand tall, with your arms in the air, and repeat "I AM amazing, yes I am". I'm serious ... embrace your inner amazingness and own it!! Stand tall, stand proud and shout aloud ... for if you don't, no-one else can do it for you!

Go on, you can do this and the more you do, the more you'll come to believe what I know is already true!!
