Angels among us

I was recently thinking about a cousin of mine. She passed away 2 years ago and I still think of her, miss her, and wish that I could just pick up the phone to chat. The time since she died has gone quickly and yet, at the same time, it feels like eternity since I last got to speak to her.

Well, this past weekend I'd been thinking a lot about her and she must have known because she sent me a sign. Yes, I truly believe that she sent a message through a song I remember singing with her being on the radio when I got in the car. I couldn't help but say hello to my cousin and the picture in my mind of us singing together was vivid.

In years gone by, I was probably skeptical of signs like this being due to angels being among us, or messages from my HP. I would tell myself that it was just coincidence and that I was making too much of something. But the reality is that once I was open to the idea that signs were around me, I was able to notice the subtle things that came into my life and appreciate them.

So today I DARE you to pay attention to the little things. Notice the butterfly that flies by, or the song that plays on the radio, and listen to the message that is being sent to you.

Angels .... or whatever you choose to call them ... really do show up in our lives when we need them. They may come in the human form, or through signs that remind us of something, but they're there IF we choose to open our minds and hearts to see them.
